1、 Product Introduction of Dolomite Grinding Machine

After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe, the material is evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable's bulk tray; The material disperses around the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After being processed into powder through three layers of raceway, the high-pressure fan sucks in external air into the machine through suction and brings the crushed material into the powder selection machine; The rotating impeller inside the powder selector causes the coarse material to fall back and be re ground. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the finished product. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.

2、 The structural composition of dolomite mill
The complete configuration of the dolomite mill includes a hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage bin, vibrating feeder, mill host, variable frequency classifier, dual cyclone powder collector, pulse dust removal system, high-pressure fan, air compressor, and electrical control system.
3、 Working principle of dolomite mill:
1. During operation, the main motor of the grinding machine drives the spindle and turntable to rotate through a reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
2. The raw mineral material of dolomite is crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by a hoist. After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe, the dolomite particles are evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable's loose material tray.
3. Under the action of centrifugal force, dolomite particles scatter towards the periphery of the circle and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring, where they are impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After three layers of processing in the raceway, they become dolomite powder. The high-pressure fan sucks in external air through suction and selects the crushed dolomite powder into the powder mill.
